TTCombat Explore The Dark Arts With New Necromancers
May 16, 2017 by brennon
Continuing with the theme of the undead and Necromancers for today we have another piece on some new models by TTCombat for your tabletop games and evil armies. Check out their new summoners of the dead...
Firstly, we have this Necromancer who comes without a mask. He comes in resin and would be great for dropping into a dungeon or two I reckon. You could imagine him being the bad guy at the end of a long stint underground.
You can also choose an option which comes with a skeletal mask, just to add to his atmosphere of evil.
He comes with the option for an alternative scythe as well which is pretty neat. You could even maybe run two of them as a pair of twin Necromancers who share the burden of power to keep their undead legion standing.
It would make for a pretty cool narrative reason to kill one of them, to shake their resolve and crumble the skeletal forces before them.
What do you think?

Those two are really good.
I think the first one would work better as an apprentice than as the main necromancer in the dungeon; have him pop up mid delve as a miniboss and then the masked version is him piping up after his master has been slain to take up his mantle and be the big bad for the next generation of heroes.
Alternatively I can see him being a young Mortebris from Dugeon Saga, taking part in a prequel campaign.
