Empress Miniatures Shows Their Salute Offerings
April 19, 2015 by stvitusdancern
Empress Miniatures, like everyone else who loves anything miniatures and gaming are ramping up for Salute in London next weekend (April 25). This time around they give us a look into some show specials. The first are several sets for their Iron Duke Indian Mutiny range. There are Sikhs, the Madras Fusiliers (Neill's Bluecaps) and HM 78th Highlanders, including a piper.
The second set is more pike men for the ECW and the third set is for a Rolls Royce crew mounted and unmounted so you can place them in any configuration you would like.
Lastly, their 20mm WWII range gets some added artillery pieces with the inclusion of this 6pdr anti-tank gun and crew. The detail on all of these miniatures looks really nice and I cannot wait to see them in person at Salute.
Does your time period wargames need more miniatures?

The highlanders look more like the foreign legion apart from the one with the pipes.
Units like the 79th look more ‘highlander’ than the 78th during this period (and will be coming in the range).
sounds good now is a range of tartan paint’s coming out as well?
Over all those are rather nice.
