Iron Duke Miniatures are another wargaming company closing their doors soon with Mike Snook calling it a day. Thankfully, the range is going to continue to be available through the folks at Empress Miniatures who have been stocking the collection for a while.

Mike Snook has done a lot of different miniatures over the past few years, often in collaboration with the awesome Paul Hicks. The costs of running a small business however have become too much and so Iron Duke will now be folded into the Empress Miniatures collection. It will be pretty much business as usual though and if you want to get your hands on the Iron Duke range, it will still be easy thanks to Empress.

With that in mind, there are some new miniatures on the way as part of the Iron Duke range including these Dragoon Guards Command with a variety of different head options.

These two packs are for the 7th Dragoon Guards that were fighting in South Africa. You can get them with different arm options and featuring Brass Helmets and Watering Caps.

The second set also contains a personality for you to throw into your games in the form of Captain Sir Harry Darell who led the charge at Gwanga River. The different sets are full of character and personality and great for those looking to play periods less explored on the tabletop.
