The Elder Sea Dragon Hunts Its Prey In DeepWars
June 26, 2019 by brennon
AntiMatter Games have added a new wild creature into the mix for games of DeepWars. This is the mighty Elder Sea Dragon who will be swimming through the depths looking for unfortunate adventurers to snap up.
At 200mm long this fellow is quite the titanic beast. It comes cast in resin and looks incredibly well detailed as well. The sculpt is thanks to David Arenas who has done a sterling job on this model. I reckon this would be a perfect candidate for those new Contrast paints from Games Workshop.
The new paints work really well with organic creatures and blend well together too. I think that's just what you'd want when it came to bringing this creature to the tabletop. I love the idea that it has a dark green or blue colour to it but there are hints of glowing bioluminescence along its body too.
Beyond its use in DeepWars this would also be a great beast for an Indoneth Deepkin force!
Will you be picking this up for your DeepWars games?
