Explore Dungeons & Tombs In New Young Adventuring Guide!
August 23, 2019 by brennon
Wizards Of The Coast is working with Penguin Random House on a series of Young Adventurer's Guides to help get younger gamers into Dungeons & Dragons. Two books are already available and the third, Dungeons & Tombs, is going to be released in November.
This illustrated guide helps to lead new players into the world of Dungeons & Dragons by giving them a look at prisons, castles, traps, labyrinths and all sorts of locations where adventure awaits. You'll find lots of maps, cutaway illustrations (I do love a cutaway), and insights into how to travel and explore these locations with the help of Dungeons & Dragons.
This, alongside the other Young Adventurer's Guide books, could make for a great jumping-off point. There has been a massive upsurge in younger gamers getting stuck into campaigns with their parents and friends and this would be a nice antidote to the traditional family games night.
The fourth book in the series will be Wizards & Spells and is set for release next year in March.
Are you tempted to pick this up?
