Draw Back Your Bow Strings With Curteys’ Medieval Archers
January 6, 2016 by brennon
Curteys Miniatures have two new sets of Archers for you to use in your Medieval armies as both Crusaders and those who still fought on the sodden grounds of Europe too. Here we have Archers In Aketon/Gambeson and Archers In Mail both with nasal bar and skull cap helmets...
These are some standard infantry that are good for spicing up the variety that you get within a regiment of Medieval miniatures. I like that you also have some of them in their cloth armour and others in mail representing that a lot of the soldiers wouldn't have been issued with the same kit.
I've always liked using archers in games because of just how cool bowmen are. Of course British Longbowmen were drawn from all walks of life making them a deadly force on the battlefield.
What do you think of these archers?
