TTCombat is taking pre-orders for a pair of new Carnevale warbands for use around the canals of Venice in their horror-filled 32mm skirmish game. We lead with The Doctors and their team of Underwater Researchers.

Underwater Researchers - Carnevale

Underwater Researchers // Carnevale

This set of miniatures is led by the Doctor Of The Tides who comes in a hefty, powerful diving suit. The suit is powered by a madness crystal and that trident can pin all but the most dangerous of sea creatures to the sea bed. Backing the Doctor up is a Marine Biologist with gills and fins, allowing them to dive deeper and swim faster. Becoming one with those you hunt seems like a good way to go.

You also have a Harvester who will be ready to drag your catch into the hold and in the meantime, can trap your foes and gut them. You also have the Diving Assistant, also in their suit, ready to protect the Doctor and keep them from harm. Last but not least, you have a horrific experiment in the form of the Mermaid where a human has been stitched together with a fish.

Looking to summon up different horrors from the depths, you also have the Dagon Adherents.

Dagon Adherents - Carnevale

You might have thought that the Adherents would be led by the various cult leaders in this set but in fact, the monstrous Thalidraur guides their actions. Nothing can escape its claws and the enemies of Dagon will be laid low by its shredding swipes.

The set also comes with miniatures for the Paliaa and the Demagogue who act as the voices of Dagon, calling out to those on the street to join their cause. You may end up getting converted against your will. There are also two Zealots in the set who have branded themselves with the iconography of Dagon. A good advertising bid from Dagon. If you don't obey, the daggers will make sure you don't sow dissent.

Both of these sets are available for you to pre-order now ahead of a release at the end of this week.

Will you be picking up either of these sets?
