Dead By Lead; New Wild West Wargame In Newest BLASTER Mag

The newest BLASTER Mag is now available for folks to dive into and this time around, the focus is on a brand new 28mm Wild West wargame. Dead By Lead has you locking and loading your revolvers and getting ready to blast your way through a boomtown on the American frontier.

Here's some of the background on Dead By Lead and the setting for the game...

Inside the new BLASTER Mag, you'll find a complete set of rules for playing Dead By Lead as well as detailed character and gang creation mechanics. There are also rules for playing an ongoing campaign and exploring six different scenarios where you fight for survival on the frontier.

Dead By Lead: Basic Rules (How To Play)

When you dive in to play, you only need between six and twelve Wild West miniatures, d12 and d6. You'll also need a standard deck of playing cards and a play area that's 3x3. You then just need to pack this small patch of gaming space with terrain and dive in and have some fun.

As well as the rules, you can also get your hands on a set of official Dead By Lead Miniatures thanks to Skullforge Studio and their latest Patreon offering. These aren't required for you to play the game but I love that there is a company working to help provide some nice miniatures to suit the game's themes and aesthetic.

This provides you with the "Six Shooter Bundle" and offers up miniatures to represent either one gang or two small trios to start playing the game and having fun. All the boxes are ticked here with wild-looking prospectors, desperados, townsfolk and bandits for you to use for playing your games.
