New Players Soon To Be Hitting The Pitch For Guild Ball
December 22, 2016 by brennon
Keep an eye out for some additional players making their way to the Guild Ball pitch from Steamforged Games as we head into the new year. For example, you have the mighty Locus for the Engineer's Guild.
This hefty looking fellow is all kinds of awesome and while he would indeed be great for use in Guild Ball I would really love to use him as a Warforged in Dungeons & Dragons. He has the perfect look and with a few glow effects here and there he'd be quite the magical warrior.
Hitting the pitch for the Alchemist's Guild we have Crucible.
It looks like nothing is going to stop her with that flame-fuelled flail of hers. It's neat to see her in a more 'action-packed' pose too rather than the standing one we see in the artwork. With a game like Guild Ball it always pays to be a bit more dynamic.
Lastly, we have a Union Captain.
With flaming red hair and a cruel looking blade by her side, I wouldn't want to tangle with this fiery lady. The outfit has a dash of the 'Fable' about it too which is always nice to see with copious amounts of belts and buckles on show.
Which of the three will you be picking up?

Oh very nice! Steamforged are really hitting their stride… starting to have team envy….. but NO! … we have Ox back ……go Butchers!!!!!
Ah, bit rumour has it that the new Union Captain is Brisket… Funny how she’s the only new mini without a given name don’t you think?
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Must…..have……Locus…..
that new Union captain explains where Brisket went…and how Ox gets his freedom 🙂
but we’ll get her back eventually????????? (*bottom lip trembling*)
I literally just received my first Steam Forged product today. I ordered the Fisherman starter and the ‘Kick Off’ two player box, but unfortunately only the Fisherman 3-pack came in so far.
Looks like a great game, though, and I’m looking forward to getting deeper into it.
