Cubicle 7 Hear The Laughter Of Dragons In One Ring Supplement
November 27, 2018 by brennon
Cubicle 7 has released a new PDF supplement for those getting stuck into their Middle-earth adventures with The One Ring system. The Laughter Of Dragons takes you to the lands around Erebor.
"The Laughter of Dragons contains six ready-to-play adventures you can play separately or as connected parts of a conspiracy that will unfold over the course of several years. The adventures take place in the areas described in the Erebor supplement – a useful companion to this volume."
It's great that the set focuses in on creating new adventures for people to enjoy. The One Ring and Adventures In Middle-earth all focus in on the idea of adventures and quests spanning across several years and the breaking and reforming of Fellowships so it's good to see that carried over here.
Also, for anyone who really wants to get stuck into the background of Erebor and the surrounding lands, this would be a good sourcebook too.
What do you think?

@brennon – watch out @dracs doesn’t get mad at you muscling in on his Precious Middle-earth gaming turf.
?
To be fair, Ben was here long before I was. Besides, there is a long and proud tradition (one book) of hobbits and dwarfs working well together.
True but you are the resident Tolkienite, so you should get first dibs on anything Tolkien that passes through the office. 😉
Do we know anything about the content or cast of these adventures?
Would be awesome if they link the stories with the fate of Raenar, the greatest of cold drakes who we met in the watch on the heath, the last adventure from tales from the wilderland
may be good adventuring around Erebor before the dragon fire balled everything.
Ah, but where are the Mines of Moria? It’s good though LotRs is just such a vast setting that you can really dig deep into these campaign/setting books and get so much out of them.
I love the books they’ve put out for this game. I hope they’ll do a print version of this too.
