Crusader Release New Half-Orcs, Dwarves & Burly Ogres
January 5, 2022 by brennon
Crusader Miniatures has released a bunch of new metal figures for you to use when diving into your Fantasy wargames, roleplaying games and skirmish adventures. The focus currently is on a set of different warriors like Dwarves, Half-Orcs and even some Ogres.
Dwarves With Two-Handed Weapons // Crusader Miniatures
There are a couple of new Dwarf sets that come with either two-handed weapons like you see above or hand weapons and shields. You could use these as the defenders of a Dwarven keep that you have to aid when you appear at their gates.
What could you be aiding them against? Well, there are also some Half-Orc Marauders in the mix armed with a variety of different weapons too.

They look like they would work very nicely as fodder for your dungeon delving adventures. But, they could also work as more post-apocalyptic foes that are using weapons of yore.
Battering down the doors of the Dwarven keep we then have some of these burly Ogres. Armed with some fearsome weapons, they are surely going to make kindling of that door unless you intervene!

There are a few different sets over on the Crusader Miniatures webstore allowing you to bulk out your Fantasy collection.

The options for the Half-Orc Marauders also allows you to make a full regiment of them if you want to build up this force for an army. These would be a great option for people playing Oathmark, especially if you wanted to bring in some mercenaries from the desert-like wastelands.
Are you tempted to pick up these miniatures?

Crusader make great ‘old-school’ miniatures. I’m a big fan. My only critic is that I thought the Half-orcs were simply barbarians from the way they look – more human than anything else. Other than that the half-orcs are great as well.
Ooh great looking traditional looking figures.
Those are nice.
