Crooked Dice has added another sneaky new miniature to their releases for this month. Dive into a Lovecraftian adventure in 7TV with the towering Dagon that has been summoned forth by a band of plucky Cultists.
Dagon // Crooked Dice
This miniature rocks in at an impressive 100mm in height which is very nice indeed. You can get a sense of how big that is compared to other miniatures in this preview from a recent event that Crooked Dice attended.

So, those 28mm miniatures better beware! I like the idea of using this Dagon miniature in a scenario where you just have to run for your life. The Cultists were able to finish their ritual and summon Dagon into being. You and your investigators then need to sprint through the streets of some backwater town as the towering Dagon smashes apart everything in its way.
I think it would be fun to turn the tables on a scenario like this and have the big bad being nigh unkillable. The focus instead is on rushing through tightly packed streets, pushing and punching past Cultists that are standing in your way and generally fearing for your life!
As a bonus, Callum France has put together a painting video for this beast...

...with some tips and tricks on how best to get the most from this miniature. This multi-part resin kit is going to be great fun to slap some paint onto I reckon!
Are you going to be picking up a Dagon for your miniatures games?

That is one great looking big monster.
Fishmonster!
I do like that mini!
Another cool megature. I think that there is definitely a place for something like that in other minis agnostic games.
As far as the “Run Away! Run Away!” game, that’s a great idea.
Nice did he come from a lagoon ?
Oh thanks I was sat here trying to think what film it was from your hint helped a lot !!!
