The Concord Interceptors Zip Into Beyond The Gates Of Antares
December 18, 2015 by brennon
Flying in to support the Concord in Beyond The Gates Of Antares we have the new Interceptors from Warlord Games. Inside the set you get three of these high speed jetbikes which will prove a helpful way of pinning down your enemy and harrying the flanks...
"Like most machines of Antarean space the bikes are autonomous drones in their own right. They are equipped with hyper-light boosters, which intensify and redistribute the armour field worn by the bike’s rider, enabling them to more easily shrug off enemy fire.
When it comes to offensive armament, Interceptors are fitted with twin plasma carbines, but can substitute this formidable armament for a punchier plasma lance capable of puncturing more heavily armoured targets."
The set contains a leader model (the chap doing the pointing) and the two additional troopers on interceptors each with plasma carbines equipped. You also get the options to tweak things with the use of plasma lances and the spotter drone too.
They have even now added an order dice to the pack so you won't be short when you come to start gaming. How nice!
What do you think of this kit?

They don’t look half bad. I not as keen on the green and cream-white color scheme. I do want to see what Warlord has up their sleeves for medium/heavy tanks.
Green 2 standing bye…..
Those do look very nice.
I’ll certainly be adding some of these guys to my Concord at some point- they remind me a little of the old 40k Imperial “Bullock” Jetbikes!..
Little disappointed that they’re resin/metal, would have thought these would have been fairly easy to knock out as a plastic kit. Still may have to invest in some in the new year 🙂
