Collect Gryffindor Students With New Knight Models Releases
September 19, 2019 by brennon
As well as the release of lots of additional goodies for Batman and DC there was also a handful of releases for Knight Models' Harry Potter Miniatures Adventure Game. You can kick things off by snapping up some more Gryffindor Students.
This set comes with miniatures for Lavender Brown, Padma Patil, Percy Weasley and Seamus Finnigan. If you're looking to build up your band of heroic students who are willing to take on Voldemort and his Death Eaters then this certainly helps!
As well as being useful as the students from the actual films/books I reckon you could use these if you wanted to try and start creating tabletop miniatures for your Harry Potter roleplaying games too. It would be rather neat to repaint and perhaps convert them up to suit the characters you might have worked on.
You can also pick up a separate set which contains just Neville Longbottom, the other boy who could have been the subject of the prophecy!
This gives you a more grown-up version of Neville who, whilst still awkward and a bit bumbling, is still a good-hearted individual and well worth having by your side as part of the Order Of The Phoenix.
Will you be adding these characters to your collection?

Those look really good.
Neville Longbottom the sleeping giant of the group.
I’ve started picking these up to see if my girlfriend will play as she’s a huge HP fan. She asked last week if there was a Seamus model, so this is timely news after I said no.
I’m likely to be writing my own home brew rules though, as I really don’t like the ones they come with. Far too complicated and limiting on the spell choices for each character
Of you get some rules put together @levarius, I’d be interested in checking them out.
It’s good to have alt possibilities.
Looks like I’ll be spending more money on HP.
I have an ambivalent feeling about seeing these models. After all, they are not canonical, but on the other hand, it may be a different vision of the characters.
