Take A Closer Look At Panzerfauste’s Deathless
January 1, 2016 by brennon
If you're interested in Hysterical Games' Panzerfauste then you might want to check out these close-up renders of some of the Deathless models that have been designed by Nemesis Art Studio.
The Deathless are a collection of demons and undead with a Russian/Soviet theme running through all of their miniatures design. In some ways it's quite a statement about the unfortunate state of affairs for most of the Soviets who had to fight and die relentlessly during World War I and II.
Nemesis Art Studio have therefore put together quite a portfolio of images showing off various designs for the army including this chap above who is eating some brains. You can see more designs below and then additional images over on their Facebook Page.
This could certainly be one of the most interesting factions to paint as you can get away with being a bit messy and covering everything in blood, grime and maybe even a bit of snow. Could the Deathless be the faction for you?

These are truly bizarre and amazing sculpts at the same time. They have properly creeped me out! I’m not looking for another game st the moment but purely from an aesthetic point I’d would seriously consider getting a few to paint up.

Is it just me or do the heads being carried/fondled by 2 of the figures look a lot bigger than their own? Maybe they’re just pinheads or Goombas.
Yep, our Dwarves are fairly beefy little guys. Our Elves are very tall and very slight. Bit of a strange one, because – in the fluff – The Deathless come about because one of the Dark Elf Nobles (Koschei the Deathless) decides the war against the Vuoritroll (Finns) isn’t going so well. He started to dabble in Necromancy. Koschei sends his legion of Zombies and Demons against the Vuoritroll and their Dwarf allies. The Dark Elf Tsar is disgusted by the idea of Necromancy, exiles Koschei and sends the Dark Elves after him for his crimes. As a result, the… Read more »
dwarf heads…. apparently also tasty snacks for undead elves & demonspawn
Second one down – very sinister. I might have to buy one of those just to paint.
Was thinking the same thing. Might have to greenstuff a belt around the head and call it Derick…
Love the finger in eye socket very zombie flesheaters
Agreed. Looks very cool!
This has got to be the best faction so far, even though the other factions are close behind it in quality.
very nice in a freaky sort of way.
Thanks folks!
