Cigar Box Create Official Rangers Of Shadow Deep Mats
October 6, 2020 by brennon
Cigar Box Battle is producing a set of officially licensed battle mats for you to use during your games of Rangers Of Shadow Deep. Each of the mats is available in their cloth material and cover four different environments.
Rangers Of Shadow Deep Mats // Cigar Box Battle Mats
The current set of mats covers the Temple Of Madness, Shadow Deep, Blood Moon and Across The Wastes. This means that the mats work for the various scenarios within the main rulebook plus three of the different modules that came after it.

Each of the mats come in 3x3 and come in a wrinkle-free fabric which is great for those people who want to store their mats in the back of cupboards. You can also get the mats printed with a one-inch square grid if you prefer to make it usable in a different way.
The Shadow Deep Mat // Cigar Box Battle Mats
If Rangers Of Shadow Deep is your game of choice then this would be a good selection of mats for you to pick up. I would suggest starting with The Shadow Deep mat design (above) which should be great for the scenarios from the main book. Then, you can introduce all of the miniatures and terrain you need into the mix before venturing to pick up a different environment for the subsequent books.
Are you tempted to snap these up for Rangers?

Very nice looking mats the full range look brilliant but fifty buck’s for the 3X3 mats is a bite pricey I think.
3×3 is too small for mordheim or warcry?? sorry inches and feet is dificult to me
look awasome, the perfect amount to different textures, not repetitive but not overload…simply perfect
Just think of three foot is a metre if that’s any help @krieg as long as it’s just mats an gaming that is Lol
uff… too small, no? maybe for warcry… thank zorg! shit i love this for mordheim
Huge fan of Cigar Box and their cloth mats. I’ve been bringing them in my backpack with me to conventions and game days for years now. These are great for Malifaux (although no for a tourney or event, no grids)… so they’ll do double duty in that regard! They’re well worth the price!
