Tell the young super sleuths and budding detectives they have a new case to solve, as KOSMOS release their first children's EXIT game! In EXIT Kids: Code Breaker, 1-4 players must work together to crack the code of an electric lock. There is also a range of equipment to help young sleuths on their journey - a UV lamp, a mirror, and a red filter ensure that determined detectives can examine every clue thoroughly.

With 60 puzzles and four levels of difficulty (ages 7+), EXIT Kids: Code Breaker is perfect for intelligent investigators who are looking for their next case to solve! There are two 'modes' of play; Timer, where each puzzle must be completed in five minutes, or Chronos, where instead they simply record their best times for solving the clue.

There are also 20 double-sided hint tiles which provide clues for the puzzles. Once all the clues have been solved, the players will be given a code which will open the lock!

EXIT Kids: Code Breaker is a great opportunity to get younger generations into puzzle-solving games and I personally think it would make a great Christmas present. Sadly, there's no official American release date yet, but for those of us in Europe, it can be purchased now through the KOSMOS website.

What board games have you brought for Christmas? Tell us below!
