CAV: Strike Operations Is Now A Go From Reaper Miniatures!
September 2, 2014 by deltagamegirl22
Reaper Miniatures along with Talon Games have started their campaign to bring a new life to the CAV line with these new plastic miniatures and rules on Kickstarter.
In the initial starter set for CAV: Strike Operations you will get a nice range of 35 miniatures. Now if you are a big fan of large robots battling it out for supremacy, this just might be your cup of tea.
We all know Reaper Miniatures can do some really nice work and this project is looking to be spot on also. We have all over the years played some kind of wargame where we have commanded giant machines of war so it will be interesting to see how Reaper Miniatures handles this one to make it stand out.
Will you be bringing in your machine into battle?

Long time fan of the CAV universe and game and I am happy to see it getting some love! I have my pledge in and hope others follow suit!
Not EU friendly 🙁 Like the look of it but delivery on a box like that is gonna be daft, plus you’ll get stung for import duty, So no thanks.
I thought Reaper did the free delivery thing if you spent enough in their shop. Is that just for North America?
Not convinced by this, the bones plastic is to soft and can’t hold sharp edges for stuff this size in my experience. Its great for big stuff though.
I wish i could have pledged to this game but im currently broke though, i love the game fluff for CAV itts like a more anime version of Battletech and i think the Mecha look better, i own the first ed rulebook and the second ed digital rulebook. im really interested to see where they take it from here,
