Carnevale Frigates & Event Exclusives From TTCombat!
August 3, 2022 by brennon
TTCombat has been showing off some impressive new terrain kits for Carnevale that are going to be available to purchase this weekend! The factions of Carnevale are going to be taking to the high seas with some beautiful ships.
Rashaar Frigate // Carnevale
The first of these belongs to the Rashaar (well, they do like water). It is a towering ship that has plenty of room for you to play around on it. I really like that they have kept the deck reasonably decluttered allowing you to move your miniatures around and have a proper skirmish.
If you want to get into a proper nautical fracas then how about adding this Vatican Caravel into the mix as well?
Vatican Caravel // Carnevale
You could have these set up in one of the larger ports of Venice if you wanted a more static game. Or, you could take them out onto the Adriatic and have a proper clash upon the high seas. I do like the idea of the Rahsaar heading out to try and summon some beastie from the depths and the Vatican is sent to stop them.
The kits all are MDF and look like they are going to be quite the project! I do actually like that they have included the sails on these vessels so you can paint them in rather than having to bother with adding cloth for yourself. You could do that of course and even work on the rigging if you were a sadist.
Carnevale Event Miniatures
As well as the new ships, we also have some returning Event Miniatures for Carnevale. You will be able to pick up the Queens Of The Adriatic over the GenCon period.

Remember these? There are characters for the different factions of Carnevale included here that could take things to the next level in your games. I absolutely love the Vampire Noble who has just drained the blood from her victim and is mid-transformation.
There are also lots of additional Event Exclusive miniatures for you to dive into HERE.
Are you going to be picking up one of those ships?

I am loving the ship’s for gaming with.
I do like those ships. Thinking of running Iron Kingdoms Requiem when I can get my hands on the rules and they’d be great for a pirate crew.
For mdf ships these look good and while not exactly the most realistic or historical suit the carnevale world well. Good stuff from TTCombat!
