More Burrows & Badgers Starter Warband Minis Previewed
September 30, 2024 by brennon
Oathsworn Miniatures has been showing off some more of the Starter Warband miniatures that will be coming out next year alongside the new edition of Burrows & Badgers. We start with a new member of the Rogues warband.
Rogue Fox // Burrows & Badgers
This Rogue Fox, Dolephine Raithley, was once a titled heiress but now finds herself living in the woods alongside the rest of her warband, seeking vengeance. She comes with her sword strapped across her back and caliver in hand, ready to pop whoever steps into her territory.

She looks like a proper swashbuckler and I could imagine her robbing Royalist stagecoaches, all to draw her real target out into the light no doubt. It's great to see more of the new miniatures popping up that should work as a great entry point for new players (and veterans) coming to the new edition.
As well as the new Rogue, we also got a couple of new Royalist miniatures to check out. The first of these was a Hedgehog Magic User.

Here we have Allegor Mandaby with mage's focus at the ready, looking to summon up the light (or dark) in the name of the Royalist cause. This fellow is backed up by a more heavily armed and armoured individual, the Hound Sargeant.

Galvide Hardegott is there to make sure that order is maintained within the ranks. You could imagine him barking orders to the other Royalists and getting them in line. I am eager to see what scenarios you might be able to play out alongside these new warbands. It would be great to see some introductory scenarios pop up online (or as part of the rulebook) which could guide new players into the mechanics of Burrows & Badgers.

Always fun to see new B&B minis!
The fox is solid gold! Really looking forward to these!
Yeah, can’t wait – I already have far too many (if that’s such a thing) B&B minis, some of which unpainted but I would love this starter warband for getting stuck into the new edition with something fancy and shiny.
Does primer count as paint? ^^” But yes, definitely going to start a new warband with the new edition!
Part-painted still has the word paint in it…so yes haha
Love the magic user
Once more, the figures make you want to buy everything… Oooh… Me poor wallet hurts…
That vixen is wonderful! They’re all great looking but she’s is stunning.
