Brother Vinni Band Together New Viking Spear Women

It seems like Brother Vinni can indeed sculpt female miniatures with clothes on as they add another set of SAGA-worthy models to their collection. That might seem harsh but genuinely the sculpting talent at Brother Vinni is pretty spot on WHEN they focus on something like these Spear Ladies.

The set comes with four Spear Women as you can see here, posed in heroic fighting stances as they battle against their foes. I think that leader with the shield raised up is one of the coolest Viking models I've seen in a long time.

You could use these as a set of Hearthguard to watch over your Warlord (hopefully another Shieldmaiden!) as you charge ahead, ready to raid and pillage as you make landfall from your ships.

While you could use them as Warriors I think the poses are too unique and heroic to be multiplied on the tabletop with another set. With some special attention and such I think these could be a stunning diorama as well.

Very tempted to add these lovely ladies to my barbarian warband for Frostgrave. I wonder if heroic 28mm would be much bigger than the Frostgrave barbarians by Northstar?
