Brigade Games’ New Miniatures Fight In Foggy London Town
April 4, 2023 by brennon
Brigade Games Miniatures has been showing off some new additions to their collection recently. Leading the way are some new 28mm Victorian-Age miniatures representing street gangs, ruffians and more that might have found themselves battling on the streets of foggy London town.
Victorian London Characters #1 // Brigade Games Miniatures
These miniatures are pretty good for representing some of the grim and dour individuals that took control of Victorian London. Some of these might be criminals but others could end up being anti-heroes who find themselves fighting for good without realising it.
Everyone got drawn into the scuffles on the streets of London and that means the women and the children too. That lady certainly isn't to be messed with and I can imagine she's popped a few pesky pilferers with her gun.

The kids also use whatever weapons are available to them to get out of all sorts of different situations. One of the suggestions for using these miniatures by Brigade Games is to drop them into Dracula's America, a neat Horror-based wargame that takes the bloodsucking across the ocean to the New World.
Maybe these characters are some of the unfortunates who have been tasked with hunting down a deadly vampire that has been sighted on the cobblestone streets of London. Now, they need to chase him down before he escapes by boat across the ocean.
Victorian London Characters #3 // Brigade Games
I really like the sculpts here which give you a bunch of interesting characters to use in your games. All of them were sculpted by Mark Evans and would be excellent for all manner of spooky engagements on the tabletop, be they in London or New York on the other side of a long journey!
Napoleonic Spooks & Cthulhu Investigators
As well as the characters for use in something like Dracula's America, you can also pick up a new miniature for The Silver Bayonet. Mark Evans has also been at work summoning a Napoleonic British Zombie!

That regiment that got sent off into the forest is back but not as you remember them! It looks like this fellow has already got their hands on a tasty snack. Maybe this could be a reenactor from a more Modern setting too? Imagine using this in something like Last Days!
Last but not least, there is also a new set of miniatures for Cthulhu-based adventures.
Museum Staff // Brigade Games
This set comes with some excellent miniatures for representing your characters in a Cthulhu-based roleplaying or skirmish game. The set comes with a Librarian/Research Assistant, a Night Watchman and Museum Curator/Library Administrator.
They seem perfectly suited to deal with the terrors of the beyond that have somehow found their way into their place of learning. Remember to fear the dewey decimal system.
Are you going to be scooping up these new characters for your Pulp adventures on the tabletop?

The far left of the “Victorian London Characters #1” looks like an orangutan in a suit XD
Wasn’t that the twist in Murder in the Rue Morgue?
Nice love the Lee Marvin with the bowler hat.
