Bluff Your Way To Olympus In Card Game Nessos
December 12, 2018 by cassn
Nessos is a new card game where players take on the role of Greek heroes trying to win the favour of the gods through the capture and imprisonment mythological creatures in sacred amphoras. However, Charon, ferryman to Hades, is out to stop you from becoming the Chosen One, trying to condemn you to the depths of the Underworld.
Nessos is a bluffing game in which players must offer Amphora cards to other players. The other player then has the option to accept or refuse the card based on how interesting they suspect the creature trapped within the Amphora actually is.
At the end of the game, the player with the highest Amphora points total wins! However, Charon is always lurking within the cards, and a player who gets three Charon cards loses the round!
Nessos is a really cool little bluffing game, with art design by Miguel Coimbra (7 Wonders). It will be released on December 13th through the IELLO website.
