Electi Studio is bringing a new game to tabletops from the mind of Alex Van Allen, the fellow behind Dead By Lead. Inspired by The Legend Of Sleepy Hollow by Washington Irving, Bloody Hollow is a cooperative game set in this colonial world of folklore and mystery.

Bloody Hollow - Electi Studio

Bloody Hollow can be played solo or cooperatively with 28mm scale miniatures. You will create a band of colonial-era mercenaries and investigators tasked with heading to Hudson Valley to help the locals haunted by terrible spirits. You are encouraged to kitbash and sculpt your unique miniatures for the game or use those as part of this project. Either way, you will be trying to investigate and uncover the strange goings on before the Headless Horseman rides forever and covers the valley in darkness.

Bloody Hollow is played out on a manageable 3x3 table. Each player brings a tabletop RPG-type character sheet alongside their miniatures to the game. Each scenario that you play out is part of a narrative campaign where you are investigating the mystery around The Headless Horseman, learning clues and defeating the terrible creatures that threaten the locals.

During these scenarios, villagers might end up in harm's way and if they perish, the information they carry goes with them. Not only that but the supplies you desperately need to continue your investigations will slowly dwindle. You can't stock up if there is no shop!

If this sounds cool, you can check out the Quick Start Rules for Bloody Hollow HERE. If you'd like to take part in the BackerKit campaign, you can also get your hands on STL Files for miniatures designed to work with Bloody Hollow.

The Headless Horsemen is great but I think the Heroes look awesome. I like the different parts you get to tinker with and all of the different weapons. You can also pledge for physical miniatures as part of this campaign if you'd prefer someone else to do all the hard work and the technological bit.

In addition to that core offering, you can also get your hands on a bunch of excellent Stretch Goals as part of the campaign. New monsters, heroes and more are on the way alongside the making of a proper sprue!

This seems like a great idea and a fun game concept. Could you be tempted?
