Black Site Studio Showcase Cyberpunk & Horror Miniatures
November 17, 2020 by brennon
Black Site Studio has recently been building on their rather fun looking Horror 32mm miniatures game Don't Look Back with the introduction of new survivors who are trying to hold their own against a terrifying and murderous foe!
Don't Look Back Survivors // Black Site Studio
Don't Look Back is a cooperative game where you and three other players can take control of a survivor and see if you can make it through the night when pitted against a randomly generated and controlled A.I. Killer.
The game has been designed to match classic slasher movies of the 80s and 90s and there is already a pretty awesome selection of miniatures available for you to pick up, all stored inside VHS-style boxes which certainly fits the theme.
If you're interested in taking a look at the Core Game and some of its expansion then you can check out their dedicated webstore HERE. One of the new sets though was for the Final Girls which offers up a pack of plucky survivors who might just make it to the end of the "movie"!

The set comes with all of the miniatures you see above plus all of the additional cards and such that you need in order to use them during your games of Don't Look Back. This game concept sounds like a really fun idea and one that I would certainly like to try out myself. Something cooperative might be just the thing we need during these lockdown times.
New Cyberpunk Miniatures
As well as the new options for Don't Look Back, the team at Black Site Studio has also been working on more for their Cyberpunk and Sci-Fi range too.

All of Wave Three is available as a bundle deal but you can also pick up the likes of the Rogue Synth Squad or Zaibatsu Workers separately if you would prefer.

These miniatures will no doubt be very familiar to some of you who know your movies! I think they would be a great way to lay the groundwork for a neat collection of miniatures to use in games like Cyberpunk RED, especially if you want to set your games in a world which has this Blade Runner vibe.

There are some great options for those who want to play games in the far future and it is well worth venturing deeper into their range, especially through Wave One and Wave Two if you have a hankering for a bit of Industrial Sci-Fi.
Are you tempted by Don't Look Back or Black Site's Cyberpunk collection?

I do like the Blade Runner inspired models. It would be good to see them pull together a bundle of all the Blade Runner models from the previous waves into a nice set, maybe with one of their cool cyberpunk vehicles included.
Those look really nice. I especially like those Blade Runner inspired ones and that armored suit.
did not know about the horror rules….. off to youtube to find videos…

Those Blade Runner models look fantastic! I’d love to know how they painted the neon on the police officers’ body armor.
A co-op game where you survive against an A.I. killer? Hmmm, that could be interesting. Though it would still be fun to plonk a model of Ash down in the middle of the board and shout “Hail to the King!”
Great looking figures loving the nod to the replicants.
wow i love the idea, the minis are not spectacular but they are correct…but the idea… awasome and they have a lot of references for his inspiration…a lot XD
the first picture remind me to evil dead cabinn
respect black site studio, respect
I so want the Bladerunner minis. Maybe after I finish some more scifi terrain.
