A Big Shaggy Beast Stomps Into Wild West Exodus
February 6, 2014 by brennon
Wild West Exodus are still showing off some funky looking previews for what's coming in 2014. This is the latest one to arrive on Facebook, a big shaggy beast that looks rather angry.
I've no idea what this actually is, but it looks pretty awesome with the plates of armour, a rather cruel looking maw, and that basket on the top featuring a pair of nasty guns.
According to some folk this might be a creature for The Holy Order and the guys at Outlaw did tease us with information that those guns on the top are flame throwers. Everyone likes a flame thrower.
Looking forward to this?
It is an enhanced Bison under all the gadgets
Yap. That’s one bada$$ beast! As long as the final result is faithful to the concept artwork, that’s going to be a good looking miniature!
Looks great, but likely another $90.00 model. At those prices I’ll stick with GW. Their army deals are 30 models for $264.00. Not really much of a “deal,” they basically have forgeworld pricing levels without any of the support GW offers for their product. must say im not a big fan of this line … not sure why, but it feels quality is uneven
Huge “meh”.
Looks bloody awesome imho. I am loving the animal models within this range, what is making me wonder though is if it will have a transport capacity or will it be a mobile gun platform like the fire bringers. Been painting a few posses up and I have to say that they are really nice to paint but I do regret sticking all the models together before painting. I shall get one of these though… oh yes, it will be mine… 🙂
I can see one use for it , put some Mantic Ogers on it and you have the big beasty to act as a “count as” for a Stonehorn or a Thundertusk – if the scale is right or as the cannon chariot if it is smaller
