A Big Armoured Brute Takes Shape From Hasslefree Miniatures
October 9, 2016 by brennon
Named the 'Big Armoured Bastard' Hasslefree Miniatures have shown off the work going into a big brutish warrior that would look good guarding a tomb deep within a dusty castle ruin.
He's a bit different from what they've been working on recently but I think he looks great. The armour plating looks fierce and as if it's almost been crafted to his very body. The helmet and horns obviously are still at an earlier stage but I'm interested to see how they turn out.
As mentioned above I reckon he'd be a good brutish guard to go against a party of adventurers; a proper tank for them to have to tactically beat while his kinsmen battle on.
What do you think of this tank?

I’m not sure if it’s the torso or legs that look out of proportion, otherwise he seems to fit his name. 🙂
I’m not quite sure I like Big Armoured bastard” as a name surely in this day and age we can move away from whether an individual’s parents were in a state of wedlock. How about a name that reflects the character of the individual like, “Naughty Nigel”, “Fierce Farnsworth”, “Eugene the Terribly Misunderstood” or “Rascally Raymond who is good with children”. That’s the sort of name that we want.
{Disclaimer for the contextually challenged: I’m joking}
Nice clean sculpt. Love the armour.
he would be great as a figure like the hounds brother in GoT.
Would make an epic Undread Knight or Chaos Champion.
