Bestiarum Miniatures Revisit Calden Keep On Patreon This Month
April 5, 2022 by brennon
Bestiarum Miniatures are back on Patreon and Tribes this month with a new set of twisted, Dark Fantasy models! This time around, the team are revisiting Calden Keep to pack it with more monstrous foes and forlorn heroes.
Calden Keep Part II // Bestiarum Miniatures
The set comes with twenty-five, pre-supported STL Files that you can print off at home. There are some towering miniatures in this collection alongside the "rank and file" that fill the alleyways of Calden Keep, looking for people to butcher.
Aetheleric, The Undying // Bestiarum Miniatures
As a lot of people have mentioned, the Bestiarum Miniatures collection certainly offers up Dark Souls/Bloodborne/Elden Ring-esque options for your tabletop wargames, skirmish games and roleplaying adventures. You have miniatures like Aetheleric (above) who could be an amazing boss for your D&D adventurers to face as they try and work their way through the dark of Calden Keep.
Another of the miniatures that caught my eye was Morwen, The Shadow Of Calden. Her size and stature don't stop her from being a quick and agile foe for you to face.

As well as the large miniatures, the set also features a set of "minions" for you to face in the encounters that run-up to these boss encounters. Sap the powers from your heroes by throwing them up against some of these Dark Acolytes for example.

I love the idea that they are throwing flaming and bloody skulls. I would come up with some interesting rules for these miniatures but I don't need to as Bestiarum Miniatures has already done that. But, we'll have a peek at that later.
All these deadly foes need heroes to best them and there is another set of Lone Heroes that will be included alongside this collection from April.
Lone Heroes Volume V // Bestiarum Miniatures
Class-wise, these Lone Heroes shake out as a Monk, Nameless Knight and a Warlock. Each of them comes with a 5th Edition character sheet, allowing you to drop them into your D&D games and use them as part of the unfolding story that Bestiarum Miniatures are telling.
Going back to what we were saying before, there is a new Calden Keep Part II 5th Edition module plus more rules for using the miniatures with Rangers Of Shadow Deep and Forbidden Psalms.

However you want to embrace your Dark Fantasy vibes on the tabletop, Bestiarum Miniatures have got you sorted. The supplement comes complete with lore, monster statistics and maps showing off the best way to use all your newly printed miniatures.
A great selection of twisted offerings from Bestiarum Miniatures I reckon!
