Battle Systems Drop More Core Space: Dangerous Days Previews
March 30, 2020 by brennon
Battle Systems are diving into more previews for the future of Core Space as they showed off the cover for their next expansion called Core Space: Dangerous Days. This is looking very funky indeed and we're looking forward to what's inside!
This new addition to the Core Space collection adds in a bunch of fun new options for players. One of the neat additions is the coming of the Rogue Purge which you can see in the background here plus the option to throw scavengers into the mix as well. Scavengers like Molly (seen above) are going to be running around stealing all of your stuff and making things hard for your crew. Here she is in render form too.
She looks really awesome, posed dramatically in the midst of the action. I think she would be amazing to paint and gives you a sense of the narrative nature of the game itself. There are loads of skirmishing stories to tell when it comes to Core Space and it would be well worth checking out what they have already available.
Are you going to be picking up some goodies from Battle Systems?

looks good.
That “stealing all your stuff” bit sounds super annoying, but the mini is nice.
Nice to see there is some more stuff coming for this, its a great game
I do love Core Space, really need to get all the models I already have for the game painted.
Really nice render and I love the running pose. I took a look at the starter set for this game and it looks fab.
The temptation to just buy everything on day 1 is going to be high, but I really need to work on stuff gradually!
Always loved the look of core space and this just makes it even more tempting!
Molly looks really cool! Very dynamic and they have done a superb job of making her look like she is actually running!!
Need to see if there is any news/teases about the rouge purge! Very interesting!
Core Space has to probably be the best purchase I’ve made in the past few years (I was lucky enough to be a late KS backer thanks to the coverage here on BoW). The fact that the terrain is essentially “done”, and all you have to paint are the minis (which is the fun part) means you start the project about 50% in and it all seems less work. But the games is great (just watch some of the lets plays), and lots of chances of “backstabbery” (and the kids LOVE backstabbing each other with great glee). And the rules… Read more »
Oh, wow! I like that! I should get going on playing more Core Space…
