Check out these simple yet effective Regal Bases from Model Display Products. Now the only question is what to mount on these bases?
Like I mentioned, simple but effective. I could certainly see these as basing some proud Minas Tirith Gondorians.

Minas Tirith? Only if they come in 25mm. These bases are round-lipped and in 30/40/50mm – perfect for Warmahordes. If you fancy putting your army onto a city’s streets, this is the line for you.
Not for gaming, since I think the smallest is 30mm. But yeah, I think these would be perfect for painting and basing a nice project from the Lord of the Rings line. Could have a really nice diorama of Faramir/Boromir/Aragorn etc on these.

Yes, I see that more game bases of this nature are for round lip. Still looks nice IMHO.
Aside from knightly courtrooms, monastic settings or just good ol’ dungeoneering how about Cadwallion street bases perhaps? Whatever they get used for, they’ll make a nice themed set
Just might get a set for a Retribution army I’m working. Paint the stones a nice glowing white, with little bits of green leaves and grass; these will look nice!
