The Army Painter Releasing D&D Underdark Paint Set Soon
September 18, 2019 by brennon
The Army Painter are going to be expanding on their Dungeons & Dragons Paint Collection with the addition of the Underdark set soon which comes with a new range of colours and a special Drizzt character for you to paint up!
Much like with their previous sets which were themed towards both Adventures and Monsters, this set looks like it will work for a range of creepy and strange monsters from deep beneath the surface. As well as that it will give all those who want to play sword-wielding rangers with panther pets a chance to paint up their certainly-not-Drizzt heroes. Even I was drawn into that trap and create my own surly Drow...the shame.
These sets are a good fit alongside the WizKids range of Unpainted Miniatures which have been a big hit and offer up a range of characters and creatures for you to use in your games.
Will you be snapping up this set when it releases soon?

Do the paints come with that bucket of minis? 😉
If you ask Army Painter nicely
I will give it a try 😉
How unique are the 8 unique colours? If it works out at £20 for 10 paints and a Drizzt, I’d be tempted… then I’ll just need a Barbarian, Dwarf and Halfling…
Looks good.
Don’t forget to pick up the Army Painter Quickshade Ink Set! I regularly use Army Painter washes for painting and highly recommend them.
