Armoured Chip Bounds Out Of Hasslefree Miniatures
August 20, 2016 by brennon
Coming soon to the world of Hasslefree Miniatures we have Armoured Chip who looks like the kind of battle pooch you'd want on your side.
I think he looks great, stalking his way through a dungeon as he catches the scent of your enemy. The armour looks good too, a mix of the practical and the fantastical.
What do you think of this honourable hound?

Really REALLY cool.
Well, I will buy this and bask in its painted glory once it his the battlemap in our Pathfinder games! Finally I can have an excellent mini of my dog animal companion =D
Think I just found an alt sculpt for “Princess” the Mascot from the Butcher’s Guild for Guild Ball!!! Very cool looking!! and a bit more impressive than the Steamforged sculpt (which in itself isn’t bad at all.. just a bit smaller than I’d like (insert joke here))
I don’t know if it’s supposed to be something particular or it’s intended for a specific game or setting, but I really like it.
That looks really nice. There is similar modern real-world ‘armor’ that people put on their dogs for boar hunting. It gives a measure of protection against the boar’s tusks.
different.
Chip was Kev White’s own dog who passed away recently, I think this awesome model is a nice tribute to his faithful hound.
