Armour Up With Warlord Games’ Konflikt ’47 Soviets
February 25, 2020 by brennon
Warlord Games has been showing off some newer additions to the Soviet forces in Konflikt '47 which takes things beyond World War II into the world of the weird.
These updated additions to the collection start with the Soviet Armoured Infantry Officers who are clad in some seriously spooky looking kit. Armed with assault rifles which have been wired into their gauntlets, these warriors are able to lead from the front, pushing through enemy fire when other troops would be ripped to shreds.
These Infantry Officers can take command of the Soviet Heavy Infantry MKII squad which effectively looks the same apart from a few little additions to the armour on their backs.
I do like a lot of the heavily armoured elements that Warlord Games added into the mix for Konflitk '47. You could make quite the elite force with these armoured individuals wandering into battle alongside tanks, walkers and of course plenty of traditional World War II elements too.
So, if you're planning on build-up that Stalingrad army so that it could work during World War II and the Weird World War this might be a good option!
Are you tempted to snap up these hulking individuals?

K47 keeps putting out awesome models. they really have a great groups of factions.
Great looking armoured personnel.
These guys are a great update/add-on to the traditional Soviet armored infantry! I could almost see these guys being the second-wave elites, while the standard armored infantry would be the first-wave foot-sloggers.
They are great … I had worried that the K47 range had stagnated… so this is doubly exciting
