Aradia Miniatures Unleash Hyperborean Titans On Kickstarter
October 23, 2019 by brennon
Aradia Miniatures are currently on Kickstarter looking to fund the release of some pretty damn stylish looking models. Here we have their latest offerings for the Hyperborea: The Awakening range which should be a damn fine collection for hobbyists to get stuck into.
The collection, as you can see is pretty varied and comes with a range of different sculpting talent. On the sculpting side of things, you'll see their names listed below but I'll also include them here too. So, we have Allan Carrasco, Andrey Loktionov, Farhad Nojumi and Joaquin Palacios. Take a look at their work...
...and then, of course, you have to think about the amazing painting that has gone into these miniatures already too. That work has been done by Mirko Cavalloni, Niko Deze, Robert Karlsson and also Sergio Calvo Rubio who have all shown just what you can do when you get stuck in and pick up a brush to do some serious painting!
I thought my favourite of the bunch would be Jotun but I actually think that Tulkha snatches it here. I have always liked Orcas and I think both the sculpt and paint job on the model is bloody brilliant.
There are also three types of miniatures in this Kickstarter. Some of them are 75mm, others are 90mm and a few are actually large 75mm dioramas which come with lots of additional gubbins.
What do you think of these new creatures?

Hmmm… what Kings of War army do I need to start to include a Killer Whale and Walrus? Those are amazing!
You could always use them as giants in Northern Alliance. Polaris would make a good proxy for the giant ice elemental.
This is possibly the strangest concept for a miniatures range I’ve seen all year…can we have more, please?
Stunning looking figures an paintwork.
