April Brings Anvil’s Daughters Of The Burning Rose To Kickstarter

April brings Anvil Industry's Daughters Of The Burning Rose to Kickstarter. They have shared some concept art of what they are looking to achieve in a recent blog post, and the ideas seem pretty awesome.
As well as sketching out what they want to do with the basic armour of these warrior women they have also looked towards the addition of specialist soldiers, special characters and more.
The teaser video above gives you a look at more of the concept art they have in mind, but this all seems like a rather awesome project from what we've seen so far.
The work has been underway for a few weeks already ahead of a Kickstarter in April, but with the news of Games Workshop bringing back Sisters Of Battle in plastic next year, I could see this campaign garnering a lot of support as people look to add some more individual and original designs to their collection.
Are you going to be following this campaign when it launches?

Those are some neat concepts, very intriging indeed.
the figures will be great if as good as the artwork.
Looking good so far….. but bad luck on the timing!
I know right.
Wow!
I know I said this before, they looks nice but its just a blatant copy of Sisters of Battle. And why can’t people copy Gundam Mobile Suits so I can use them for TAU?! If you are going to copy something why not something a little different and not so much on the nose.
So you want them to blatantly copy something, but not this?
I know they’re not exactly original, but they are proposing to make alternative scultps for models which haven’t been available for 15 years or so. Or at least, they must have thought that’s what they were doing until a couple of days ago…
