Anvil Industry Hire New Female Private Military Contractors
March 12, 2019 by brennon
Anvil Industry has shown off some new Female Private Military Contractors which you can build as you wish thanks to their vast array of bitz.
There is a vast array of different options available for these soldiers including weapons, arms, legs, bodies and heads. All of these can be used to create Near Future soldiers that you could use in some of your tabletop games.
Spec Ops, published by Osprey Games seems like a good option for those wanting to use characters like these on the tabletop. They also have quite the Cyberpunk feel to them which means they might work in any number of games with that theme too.
You could also work on bringing them into games like Warhammer 40,000 as well perhaps. You could add a lot of their weapon options and heads into the mix alongside Imperial Guard sprues in order to create a team of female soldiers, sticking it to the enemies of the Imperium in games like Kill Team.
With that in mind, we'd love to hear what you'd be interested in using these soldiers for. I really like what they've been doing with this range and their expansive bitz collection as a whole. You could have a lot of fun with this!
Will you be checking these out?

Those look really good.
For a look at their male equivalents painted, take a look at a recent entry from @suetoniuspaullinus on the What Are You Painting Now thread (page 105 or 106). They are ruddy splendid ??
These real world weapons like the AK and M4 look at least 50% oversized. Doesn’t work for me. The models themselves look fine, nice for mixing in with several types of groups.
Nice.
Hmmm, i may get a few to add some action to the Jyn Erso figure just released by FFG.
Ooo nice, if only there was a ‘The Division’ game, first thing I thought of when I saw these. They’d definitely fit nicely in any special ops style games.
I’m always on the lookout for modern female spec ops figures, but the oversized firearms are really going to clash with my other minis. I might pick up a couple just to see, but I’m leery.
Could get some warlord games weapon sprues for project z, they are more realistic in scale from memory.
Nice models apart from the weapons. 🙂
