As if summoned by the toilet roll crisis a few weeks ago, Antediluvian Miniatures have shown off another fun sculpt for their expanding Demon range. This fellow, Belphegor, should be joining their collection soon atop his throne (of sorts).

Belphegor #1 - Antediluvian Miniatures

This fellow is, to put it delicately, on the crapper, and yet would be a perfect fellow to lead a force of demonic warriors from afar. I love the idea of having him sitting at the back of your force, enjoying his toilet time, as he casts spells and directs the hordes to slay his enemies.

The model is based on artwork (see below) from the Dictionaire Infernal and was crafted by Martin Buck for Antediluvian Miniatures.

Belphegor #2 - Antediluvian Miniatures

These medieval fellows had all sorts of quirky ideas about demons and I like how Antediluvian Miniatures has managed to bring them to life, matching the artwork perfectly. It does mean that you've got some particularly quirky and original looking demons out there! You can find more of them HERE.

Are you going to be snapping up this demon when it arrives?
