Alien Outlaws & Wasters Hit The Badlands In Strontium Dog

The world of Strontium Dog by Warlord Games groans at the seams with bad guys who need to be put away or eradicated by Johnny Alpha and Co. Leading the way this time around we have Bubo & The Bad Boys.
Bubo & The Bad Boys are a band of alien outlaws that leave destruction and death in their wake. They hunt for food and valuables...and they even eat their prisoners! However, as per the stories, the Mayor of one of the towns hit by Bubo called in the Search/Destroy Agency in order to track them down and put an end to their antics.
I'm sure it will be quite the evocative scenario when Alpha catches up with these reprobates!
Drifters & Wasters
Not all of the Search/Destroy Agency's enemies are aliens. Some of them are the regular lowlifes and Wasters that hang around the streets, robbin' folk and causing chaos.
That is where this set comes in, giving you some more options for fodder that you'd like to throw in front of Alpha and his weapons. I actually really like these Wasters and think the sculptors behind this range have done a superb job with what could have been throwaway units.
Whilst they do have a special place as the mooks of this universe you could also use them as the core of a new gang if you want to try and carve out a name for yourself in the criminal underworld of Strontium Dog.

I love 2000AD but I do wonder if this game will get the attention it deserves when most folk dont know stronty dog that well. I like the game and i’m glad it has a steady stream of releases.

I’m reading the collected Strontium Dog stories now, might well pick this up as the rules look fun and the miniatures are brilliant. I think this is a sort of beta test for Judge Dredd.
