December 4, 2024 by brennon
TooFatLardies and Reisswitz Press have released a new supplement for Strength & Honour, giving you new options for your Ancient wargames. The new supplement introduces rules and army lists for Alexander & Hannibal.
Conquest: Alexander & Hannibal // Strength & Honour
Within its pages, you'll find rules for taking you to the period of Alexander The Great and his conquests or the time of the mighty Hannibal Barca. You could look to conquer the known world and head eastwards or become the general of the armies of Carthage and crush Rome beneath your sandals.
New Army Lists // Conquest: Alexander & Hannibal
The PDF covers the world from 350 BC through to the Marian reforms around 100 BC. You'll find rules for phalanx, hoplites and manipular legions. A dozen army lists then bring together the likes of the early Roman Republic, Carthage, Syracuse, Gallic tribes and Gallatians, early Italian tribes, India, Achaemenid Persians, Macedonians, early Successor, Selucids and Ptolemaic forces. This gives you a lot of breadth for fighting out different battles over the course of nearly two centuries of warfare!
Could you be tempted to scoop up this new supplement?

Excellent news. I’ve just been an got mine. Really looking forward to playing this earlier era with the different Roman legion formation and seeing how things go. It is a very exciting game and everything I use for a demo game including both sides’ unit bases in 2mm, tokens, terrain and rules fit into a shoebox.
