Abyssinia’s Electrocutioners Shock Wyrd’s Other Side
October 8, 2017 by dracs
Wyrd has previewed the cutting edge of Abyssinian technology for The Other Side; the fearless Electrocutioners.
The Electrocutioners carry the latest prototypes of soul stone technology, allowing them to shock the enemy at close and ranged combat, and even go back in time when they manage to activate 1.21 Gigawatts.
The design for Abyssinian troops is one I particularly like. It has a strong sense of their technological superiority while avoiding the pitfalls of generic steampunk design and giving them a clear cultural identity.
What are your thoughts on these? Which Other Side faction is your favourite?

The Abyssinians are the faction which sings to me the least , but gee that is a damn fine mini.
Now I am off to do a spreadsheet….(Backstagers will understand)
They might manage to generate the required 1.21 Gigawatts… but they’ll never get up to 88mph standing around like that…
Yes it is definately the stance of a man with nothing left in his capacitors
The Abyssinians have a great story. I like the ideas and concepts in their fluff. I pretty much like everything about the faction….except the figures 🙁 …
So, for me, it’s Gibbering Hordes all the way. Something about hordes of sea creatures, literally being poured out of a hole in the sky, which leads to the bottom of an other world’s ocean is so much cooler. And a bit of gibbering is just that last bit of awesome to seal the deal. 😀
It’s a must have
