19 Kingdoms Shows Off More Of Their Tribal Miniatures
August 11, 2014 by brennon
The folks behind 19 Kingdoms, which will soon be up on Kickstarter in September, have shown off a few more of their miniatures for the game that uses both cards and miniatures on the tabletop...
This time around we have the creepy looking Yellowface and Scarlet Heart who looks like she's summoning some magical powers from the ether. Yellowface is a hulking brute from his tribes warrior caste while Scarlet is the daughter of a giant and stands seven feet tall, a dominating mage on the battlefield.
It would be neat to see some painted miniatures in the run up to their Kickstarter, or indeed during it, to show off some of the details and then hopefully we'll see some rules previews for how it all plays before 2015.
What do you think?

Is it just me, or does that plastic look like it doesn’t hold a lot of detail?
The figures are resin Pauls1 which should hold the detail
Honestly, it kind of looks like bad photography. There’s hotspots where the light hits the minis and the focal depth just looks way too short (part of the mini is very clear and in focus, everything in front or behind it is not). Whoever removed the background behind the mini did hatchet job in photoshop too. Not the best way to promote a new product.
I’ll have another go at my hatchet job mpopke.
Better photos are also on the way, this is pre launch and were never really intended to be anything other than a quick look before its shiny bells and whistles kickstarter date. Having said that you do make a good point, snotlings heads will roll.
