Modiphius Release Fallout STL Files For Dry Rock Gulch
February 16, 2022 by fcostin
Fallout Wasteland Warfare from Modiphius is a fantastic route to getting some post-apocalyptic games out on the tabletop - especially if you are a fan of the Fallout franchise. However, getting a table out and ready can be a bit of a nightmare.
Themed to the distraught lands of Fallout, a post-apocalyptic table can be quite challenging - and Modipihus have announced that they are making it even easier for those who have a 3D Printer at home.
Modiphius have now placed terrain kit, Dry Rock Gulch into their store. Placing the Fallout 4 expansion into Nuka World fizzing with opportunities on the tabletop. Meaning players can get their licenced games looking true to nature without breaking the bank purchasing individual buildings.

Included in the listing, players will be able to print single-storey buildings (with six different variations), double-storey buildings and plenty of different signage too. There's even a Windmill available, bringing a snipers dream in the wasteland alive. The roofs are removable so players can get into the thick of it from top-down.

I love the idea of publishers releasing STL files to accompany their game systems. They will always be on-brand with the table, themed to perfection and from a source that is trusted as the publisher. Plus, once you buy the file, you can print off as many as you want. Which is not bad for £14.99!
The files are prepared both supported and pre-hollowed to allow an easy and flawless print under your own control, at the hands of your home printer.
If you are playing Fallout Wasteland Warfare and have yourself a 3D printer, be sure to check out the listing over at Modiphius to get your hands on some fallout-themed wonderful western buildings. Ready to be instantly downloaded and printed at home.

Nice buildings.
I see the appeal of releasing STL files for makers. But I really would prefer them to also offer them as physical release.
They would be pretty hefty chunks of resin, I imagine they would be quite pricey to produce.
Personally I would have liked to see some interior spaces.
