WWII Skirmishes Await With 02 Hundred Hours Starter Set & More
May 16, 2022 by brennon
Grey For Now Games has now set up pre-orders for their World War II skirmish wargame, 02 Hundred Hours. As well as the Rulebook that we talked about last week, there are also now Starter Sets and more that can get you started with the game.
02 Hundred Hours Starter Set // Grey For Now Games
Leading the way is the 02 Hundred Hours Starter Set which comes with everything that you need to get started in the game. You have a physical rulebook, cards, dice and miniatures for both the infiltrating British and the German sentries that are watching over prisons, warehouses and more.
Breaking it down more specifically, you get thirty-six miniatures covering the British SAS and the German Sentries. There are also six Guard Dogs in the mix as well! You get the big Rulebook, Gaming Cards, Custom Dice, Counters and the plastic bases for your various miniatures.
02 Hundred Hours Sets
If you want to get more targeted then you can also pick up smaller sets that come with appropriate miniatures for various World War II actions.
02 Hundred Hours - Operation Torchlight // Grey For Now Games
This set comes with the aforementioned SAS but also some metal miniatures to act as (even more) specialist operators in your games. Both this set and the one for the Germans would be solid options for those who already have a decent collection of World War II miniatures and want something a bit more specialised.
02 Hundred Hours - Guards Of Facility 9 // Grey For Now Games
Some great sets for those that want to focus their adventures in 02 Hundred Hours. Operation Torchlight and Guards Of Facility 9 should be good companions to some of the other bundles from Grey For Now Games. Or, just good expansions beyond the Starter Set.
There are also some Bundle Deals and such that you can pick up from Grey For Now Games. The Bundle Deal comes with a special launch miniature too!

You don't have to pick up this set to get the miniature though. It is also available separately if you would like a tired German Sentry who is going to meet the wicked end of an SAS dagger.
It should also be noted that, yes, the Rulebook is also available separately. You can also get the Rulebook for free if you subscribe to their Newsletter. More details on getting your hands on the PDF rules can be found on the links above.
So, are you going to be taking the dive into 02 Hundred Hours?

I’ve had a poke at the rulebook and yes I want a go at this.
I’ve got my order in, its a chance to get into some WW2. I just need someone to show me the right colours to use to paint these.
british are green, germans are grey … or a grey green or a green grey or anything in between.
Don’t worry too much.
Heck … you could paint them all grey as everything happens at night and there’s very little colour to be seen then 😉
Thanks, I like the idea of painting them black with a grey zenith as its night time although it might make it harder to differentiate the sides
Because of the vagaries of uniform supply you can approximate the colours and anyone trying to tell you otherwise is fibbing. Painting historical minis is a forgiving business really.
I didn’t want someone to tell me you’ve painted them wrong shade of grey/green. I expect they’ll end up with a base colour and wash and then pick out a few details
You’ll be grand. The right shade is very flexible for all sides in ww2
Like the look of this and it’s not really expensive as a starter.
Need to have a proper look at the rules before I commit though.
Although you can never have too many nazis to kill.
Wolfenstein players will love the soldiers.
£48 for the starter box looks like a great price.
sorely tempted! that bundle deal looks mega…
