Play Out World War II With Peter’s Paperboys’ Paper Soldiers
August 14, 2023 by brennon
Peter's Paperboys have moved from the Ancient, the Medieval, and the Napoleonic and are now tackling World War II and Normandy 1944 in paper form! You can get yourself a bunch of miniatures representing the Axis and the Allies alongside tanks and terrain!
German Infantry - Peter's Paperboys
The Normandy 1944 28mm Scale Bundle comes with a lot of options for you to get started with. This set comes with a whole host of Infantry options for the Germans, British and the US alongside Support Weapons for all three forces. That means machine guns, panzerfausts, mortars and more.

Much like with other Peter's Paperboys products, you'll get all of the downloads for the content in the bundles and then you just need to get them printed out. From there, you will need some scissors and a steady hand and you'll be good to go once you've glued them all together.

The bundle also comes with British and US Tank Riders which can sit on top of some paper tanks, some Casualties and Civilians and some help when it comes to making your paper miniatures.
Paper Tanks & Terrain
As well as the Infantry above which will form the core of your army, you can also get your hands on a bunch of Sergio Artigas World War II Tanks for the Allies. There are three for you to choose from.

US Sherman // Peter's Paperboys
The Tanks are going to be a little more complicated potentially than the Infantry that you saw above but they do come with instructions so don't worry, you're not going to be left high and try knowing how you need to fold these together! With quite a few Allied Tanks available for you to snap up, I would hope that we might see some Axis Tanks later down the line.
You can also get your hands on some new World War II Terrain from Peter's Paperboys including this wonderful Ruined Church.

The Ruined Church is joined by more ruins, bunkers, sandbag walls and there are also some rather ace Explosion Markers for artillery strikes.

If you've ever wanted to dive into paper craft miniatures and that side of wargaming, it's well worth having a look at what the Paperboys have to share. You don't have to do any painting and the cost of the "miniatures" is pretty much nothing. You do have to spend some time working on cutting the miniatures out and gluing them together but it should mean you're ready to dive in and get playing sooner rather than later.
Will you be checking out this new World War II range?

I feel this whole idea is very two dimensional… except the tanks…
On a serious note: I like papercraft and I am blown away to what standards some people can take it. Me, I’m happy if a square building stays square XD I did a papercraft 40k Rhino back in early 2000s as a planned terrain piece. Never got very far though it didn’t look to bad. I think I’ve binned it since at some point.
Sit Sir we only have a paper thin defence to stop the enemy force’s.
This might not be the cup of tea for everybody but: 0) Drawings of Sir Dennis are Always Ace! 1) With Very Little and Very Quickly One can Start Playing Massive Games. 2) Price is Contained! 3) Basing can be ‘explored’ in many and infinite ways 4) the Mass Effect is guaranteed 5) Small Skirmish or Big Battles can Be done, I will definitely organize a Big Game involving at least 5 Players per Side to recreate Normandy44> 6) This Stuff could be certainly used for Memoir’44 and the Outcome can Only Be Good!
