White Dragon Load Up The Chunky British Army Mastiff
July 14, 2020 by brennon
White Dragon Miniatures has added a chunky new vehicle into the mix for their Courage In Contact collection which brings Modern Warfare to the tabletop. The vehicle in question is the big and brutal looking Mastiff.

This vehicle comes crafted in resin and breaks down into twenty-three parts alongside some etched brass pieces too. You will also get three helmet options for the gunner who sits ontop and lays down some covering fire for the troops on the ground. This version above was painted by the talented David Woods.

This is a seriously armed and armoured piece of kit for the British Army which would be safe from pretty much every weapon the opponent can throw at you. Even the odd IED or mine on the road would give this a serious bump not should protect you from the worst of the blast.

With such a nice looking set of miniatures on offer for playing as the British during the Modern period, White Dragon Miniatures should be a good port of call for those wanting to dive into this era of wargaming. Twin this with a lot of the different rules out there and you're good to go.
What do you make of the mighty Mastiff?

Looks great would look better on my tabletop
I ordered a pair of these bad boys! Can’t wait to get them painted up to match my foxhound
Will look great beside the British troops that have just came out.
Blinking eck. You’d not be able to park that round here … or not without parking on a neighbour or two’s car.
Man, what a brick! I love it!
This model range is so well sculpted, I got in brits vs taliban forces as my lockdown project.
I really need one of these for my Modern Warfare games.
