New Ultracast US Marine Corps Platoon Set For PSC’s Battlegroup

The Plastic Soldier Company has a new set of 20mm figures for those wanting to play as the US Marine Corps in their Battlegroup games. This is a new Ultracast set based on the original collection by Xan Miniatures.

This set comes with enough elements for you to start playing as the US Marine Corps right away. There are fourty-seven miniatures for you to pick from including five HQ options, three NCOs, thirty Riflemen and then nine soldiers bringing the BARs to bear on the enemy.

Being 20mm, these miniatures are easy enough to pop off their sprues and get stuck down on bases. The US Marine Corps are a pretty iconic fighting force as well from World War II so you should find a use for them in games of Battlegroup!

It's neat that we're starting to see more of these packs popping up from The Plastic Soldier Company. It allows people easy entry into the world of Battlegroup and playing games in that smaller scale of 20mm!
Add in a few vehicles here and there and you should have a pretty good force set up to assault the enemy! I think the work of our very own piers above showcases how cool these miniatures are going to look when you get them to the painting table.
