Blitzkrieg Miniatures has added a range of new vehicles to their collection in 1/56 (28mm) for you to tinker with when it comes to building up your World War II forces.

1-56 Cromwell Tank - Blitzkrieg Miniatures

The first of these is one that I'm sure will be a familiar shape to many. Above you can see the Cromwell release from their team. Many of the pictures show tank commanders and it should be noted that they are not included, having been picked up from Perry Miniatures.

The second of their releases is another familiar tank, and a big one too. Here I have, on good authority, is an Early Model Tiger for you to drop into your games.

1-56 Early Model Tiger - Blitzkrieg Miniatures

The Tiger Tank was a fearsome predator and well earned the name. A lot of Allied troops were afraid of running into one of these on the battlefield.

Some alternatives have also been thrown into the mix with their Hellcast which can be given two variant turrets depending on your preference.

All of their various vehicles look like they have been developed and researched with a lot of care so that they match up with the historical real-world counterparts.

Armoured Cars

As well as the tanks they have also been tinkering with some Armoured Cars as well. We have the Greyhound here which I think is one of the best looking vehicles of its kind. I think it's because it has an almost modern feel to its design.

We also have the M20 Scout Car as well. Both of these are armed with big guns on the top for supporting the advance of foot troops.

Have you ever picked up any of the models from Blitzkrieg Miniatures? If you have, drop your thoughts on their kits below...

What do you make of their newest releases?
