Spectre Miniatures Fight In Deepest Africa On Kickstarter

Spectre Miniatures are taking their game of covert operations in Africa onto Kickstarter with a bunch of models already in the can for a variety of different groups in action there...
This is certainly an area of conflict that we've seen in movies and video games but I can't think of many companies that have taken it to the tabletop. As well as the soldiers and characters you can see above they have got a fair few more already on offer and you can check them out over on the links above.
It's going to be interesting to see what the rules are like for this game and they are going to be made available as the fundraiser ticks onwards. I like the focus towards more covert warfare actually and it'll be neat to see how that is translated to the table.

Can’t make my mind up as to which level to pledge to, on this one.
I like the warlords and big men.
These would be great for any type of modern fighting game or zombie fighters etc
The figures look really nice, but I dont fully get the packaging of them, sets like the PMCs and SAS patrols and militia running/ guarding are fine but why would I need 4 “Big men” or 4 men with RPGs or RPKs and some very odd choices in poses such as the “militia firing” all holding their guns above their heads. Not sure on this one so will pass on it, shame really as there are some nice sculpts mixed in there. But for the money I’d be able to put in I don’t get the figure mix I’d like… Read more »
