Soviet Scouts Join Seb Games’ Commando Strike Collection

Seb Games has dusted off some old sculpts and made them available as part of their 20mm Commando Strike range. If you're looking to plot the route for your army in World War II then how about these Soviet Scouts?

There are three individual sets that you can choose from but they can also be collected together into one set if you prefer. You get a variety of different weapons to choose from within each set including Submachine Guns, Machine Guns and ways of dealing with armour.

The miniature are also all in a variety of poses meaning that if you're setting up a unique squad for a smaller scale game, you could build some character into the different soldiers you bring to the tabletop.

I really like the different sculpts from the various sets and it's good to see them in 20mm as well. There are plenty of World War II games that thrive at this scale meaning there are equally plenty of places for these Soviets to call home.

I like the idea of these soldiers heading off in the vanguard of a Soviet force that is pushing back against the Axis. These troops could be locals who know the landscape well and are picking their way through the wilderness to make sure the rest of the army doesn't get ambushed.
