Sounding the Charge with Musketeer Miniatures
March 21, 2012 by brennon
More Historical miniatures from Musketeer Miniatures today, this time from a little further on than the Dark Ages. Check out their British Expeditionary Force Command for their World War I range...
These British Commanders may still be in the Work-in-Progress stage, but they are certainly looking pretty good. It's great to see them with shouting expressions for the battlefield rather than being plain. Now you just need to mount these guys up and charge into battle!
These models should be available from Salute 2012 onwards!
Are you a Historical gamer and in need of some commanders?
Those are rather promising.
Why mount them up? Enough of their legs have been sculpted that you can have them on foot – just in a ‘I am stupendously well endowed’ pose which suits vainglorious commanders. 😉
In that case I like to think of them heroically straddling low trajectory projectiles to avoid copping a packet but they look more like they are bepooping themselves. Which would be understandable.
I believe there will be some troopers to go with them.
Hope they have their sticks, wouldn’t want to face a machine nest without one
